Congratulations and thanks to all
who participated in this historic walk!  Click for a larger image. Over 50 local, state, national and international organizations are endorsing or participating in a walk from Tucson to Phoenix, which left on the 2nd of May and will conclude on Mother's Day, the 11th of May, to call for an end to the racial profiling, indefinate detention, deportation, many racially fomented hate crimes and the inhumane treatment of people within the borders of the United States by a policy of the Department of Homeland Security and supported by several law enforcement agencies at both the county and federal levels throughout the country. |
